Step 1 — Create your family account (a parent does this, once)

1. Click Family Registration in the menu.
2. Fill in a username, your first and last name, your own email, and a password. You'll manage all your children's accounts from this email.
3. Click Register. You are now signed in and on your Family Dashboard.

Step 2 — Add your children

1. On the Family Dashboard, open the Register New Child tab and use the Register Your Child box.
2. Pick a simple username your child can remember (for example, lucy-smith).
3. For the email, use your own address with a plus and the child's name: if your email is jakesmith@gmail.com, write jakesmith+lucy@gmail.com. All messages still come to you.
4. Choose a password your child can manage, and click Register.
5. Repeat for each child, with a different +name each time. An older student with their own email can be invited with the box on the left instead.

Step 3 — Buy a course

1. Staying signed in, open Math Courses or Science Courses in the menu.
2. Open a course, click Add to cart, then go to the cart and check out.
3. Prices are in Canadian dollars; an itemized receipt arrives by email.

Step 4 — Give the course to your child

1. Go back to your Family Dashboard (it is in the menu whenever you are signed in as a parent) and open the My Courses tab.
2. Find the course you bought, select your child from the dropdown, and click Enroll.

Step 5 — Your child starts learning

1. Your child clicks Sign In and chooses the green Student sign-in button.
2. They enter their username and password. Their courses are waiting on their dashboard.

Coming back later: click Sign In, choose the purple Parent sign-in, and enter your email and password — you'll land on your Family Dashboard.
